How BeamLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. handles personal data on beamlife.life and in client engagements. Effective 27 July 2026.
1. Introduction
BeamLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. ("BeamLife", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") and applicable subsidiary legislation. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through beamlife.life (the "Website"), why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and what rights you may have.
This policy applies to visitors to the Website, individuals who submit enquiries through our contact form, and prospective or existing clients who interact with us in the course of marketing services. It does not cover third-party websites linked from the Website, platform policies of Google, Meta or other advertising networks, or data processing undertaken solely on a client's instructions under a separate client agreement — though we describe those relationships where relevant.
By using the Website or submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we will obtain it through clear affirmative action — for example, ticking a consent checkbox on our contact form before submission.
2. Data controller
The data controller responsible for personal data described in this policy is:
BeamLife Marketing Pte. Ltd.
20 Sin Ming Lane, #05-58 Midview City, Singapore 573968
UEN 202788349K

For privacy-related requests, contact us using the details above with the subject line "Privacy request". We aim to respond within thirty calendar days unless a longer period is permitted by law.
3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Data you provide directly
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us by email or phone, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number (if provided)
- Company name (if provided)
- Enquiry type and message content
- PDPA consent confirmation and timestamp
We do not require you to submit sensitive personal data through the Website. Please do not include national identification numbers, financial account details, health information or other special categories of data in enquiry messages unless we explicitly request them under a separate secure process.
3.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information including:
- IP address (which may be truncated or anonymised depending on analytics configuration)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Referring URL and pages viewed
- Date and time of access
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see our cookie policy)
We configure analytics to minimise identification of individuals where possible. Non-essential cookies and analytics run only after you accept them via our cookie banner or save equivalent preferences.
3.3 Client engagement data
If you become a client, we may additionally process business contact details, billing information, account credentials for advertising platforms (stored under access controls), campaign data, and correspondence related to service delivery. That processing is governed by our client agreement and this policy where applicable.
4. Purposes of collection and use
We collect and use personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries: To read, assess and reply to messages submitted through the Website or direct contact channels.
- Providing services: To deliver paid media management, tracking, reporting and related marketing services under contract.
- Website operation: To maintain security, debug errors, and ensure the Website functions correctly.
- Analytics and improvement: To understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve content and usability, subject to cookie preferences.
- Legal and compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Business administration: Invoicing, accounting, internal reporting and quality assurance.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated direct marketing unless you have given separate consent or an applicable PDPA exception applies.
5. Legal bases and consent
Under the PDPA, we rely on one or more of the following, depending on context:
- Consent: Explicit consent collected via our contact form checkbox for enquiry handling and follow-up communication.
- Legitimate business purposes: Processing necessary for our operations where not disproportionately affecting your interests — for example, server logs for security.
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform a client contract or take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Legal obligation: Retention of records where required by tax, corporate or regulatory rules.
You may withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and we may continue processing where another basis applies.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal data to:
- Service providers: Hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics platforms and contractors who assist our operations under confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers: Lawyers, accountants or auditors where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities: Where required by law, court order or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.
Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA — such as contractual clauses or verifying comparable protection — before transfer.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Enquiry records: up to twenty-four months from last meaningful contact unless a client relationship continues.
- Client records: duration of engagement plus seven years where required for accounting and legal limitation periods.
- Server and security logs: typically ninety days unless needed for incident investigation.
- Cookie consent preferences: six months, then re-prompted.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it using reasonable technical measures.
8. Security
We implement appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of data we hold — including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access on need-to-know basis, and secure handling of platform credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we review practices periodically and address identified risks.
Staff with access to client advertising accounts use individual credentials, multi-factor authentication where platforms support it, and password managers. Enquiry data stored in email inboxes is retained only as long as needed for correspondence and deleted or archived according to our retention schedule. We do not store complete payment card numbers on the Website.
If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the PDPC where required by law, and describe remedial steps taken without unreasonable delay.
9. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Request information about how your data has been used or disclosed in the past year
We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests. We may refuse requests permitted by law — for example, where disclosure would reveal confidential commercial information or another individual's personal data.
10. Children
The Website and our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen. If you believe we have collected a minor's data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-party links and platforms
The Website may link to external sites such as Google Fonts or platform help documentation. Those sites have independent privacy policies. When we manage advertising accounts on your behalf, platform operators (Google, Meta, etc.) process data under their terms; we encourage clients to review platform privacy notices and configure account settings appropriately.
Client campaigns may involve pixels, conversion APIs and audience lists that process end-customer data on platform infrastructure. In those cases, the client typically acts as data controller for customer data and BeamLife acts as data intermediary or processor under the client agreement. We configure tags only according to documented instructions and applicable consent requirements on client properties.
We do not combine enquiry data from this Website with end-user advertising data for cross-client profiling. Analytics on beamlife.life itself is aggregate and, where optional cookies are disabled, limited to server-level metrics.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we publish revisions. Material changes may be highlighted on the Website. Continued use after publication constitutes acknowledgement unless further consent is required.
